This off season Soldiers Hoops was able to complete another project fully fundraised! If you don’t remember, 2 years ago, we were able to take a storage/junk closet and turn it into our training room which has an ice tub, ice machine, massage guns, filtered water fill up.  This time we wanted to tackle the locker room problem we have had for years at GCS.  Not only has the boys locker room been in rough shape and needing updating for years, but the girls basketball teams have had to give their locker room up to away teams while they get ready in class rooms.  So with the help of Charlie Ballmer’s construction team and the hoops families that helped us raise the funds needed, we were able to create a brand new Home Team locker room!  We are excited to give our teams this unique space and experience they deserve.
